If you follow me for a while you probably know that I recently had a baby, 6 months ago to be more precise.
I loved being pregnant. I felt confident, beautiful, and glowing! I was happy and happily accepting all changes in my body.
However, the first months’ postpartum hit a little differently. It was a mix of adjusting to a whole new life, routine, learning how to be a mom, and understanding my body changes.
When I got pregnant I heard that you change a lot. Not only physically but mentally. And I felt that since the beginning.
I was trying to fit in my old clothes and I was having a hard time seeing myself like that old self. I felt different. Then, I realized that it was time to start working on this “new me” to feel good about myself again.
