POSTPARTUM KIT

I’ve been researching what to have on my postpartum kit. I’ve talked to my friends and read about it. Here’s the thing: the hospital provides everything you need, so if you have to go to the hospital without a thing, you’ll be good.

With that said, I put together my postpartum kit with the following items:

1. Upside Down Peri Bottle

2. Instant Ice Maxi Pads

3. Perineal Witch Hazel Cooling Pad Liners

4. Healing Foam

5. Disposable postpartum underwear

6. Disposable underwear with liner (this was HIGHLY recommended!)

7. Button-down sleep shirt (Great material and under $30. Grabbed three of these!)

8. Nursing Pads

9. Nursing Bras

10. Organic Nipple Butter

11. Spray for pain, burn and itch relief.

I also left a basket full of these products in my bathroom to make my life easier and more organized when I come back home.
