The 2nd trimester of the pregnancy was smooth, but I’ve been feeling a little less energetic, more tired, sleeping a little worse, and with some pain in my body since the beginning of the third trimester.
With all things going on in my body, I also have so many things going through my mind: the hospital bag, nursery decor, and making sure everything is ready for when Baby B arrives.

In this post, I’ll be sharing my 3rd Trimester essentials:
Sleeping has become very difficult for me. It’s so hard to get comfortable in bed, especially because I used to be a stomach sleeper. Now, my belly is getting so big that I find it impossible to sleep without a body/pregnancy pillow. It helps me so much to have a better night of sleep. I also use it on my couch when I want to be more comfy to watch TV.
Since I started feeling pain in my waist and hips, I bought a band to help with my belly support. It’s been great so far! I noticed a big difference since day one. I don’t wear it the whole day. Only if I’m going to be walking a lot or if I feel like I need some extra support.
I’ve been feeling very swollen lately and I feel like the compression socks have been helping me a lot.
We all know how important it is to drink a lot of water. To help me keep myself accountable, I bought this big water bottle and set the goal to drink at least one full every day and I have to say: It’s working!
Comfort has become my number one priority and, believe me, you don’t have to splurge to have a comfy pair of leggings. My favorite pair is from amazon under $30!
